Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by Scottish law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.

 

General

  • Aztech PC Services are not responsible for the content of any website that we link to outside the domain of www.aztechpc.co.uk.
  • All work quoted is an estimated price until final invoice.
  • Payment is due immediately on completion of any work undertaken.
  • Aztech PC Services reserve the right to alter any price to match the exact specifications of the completed service.
  • Refunds will not be provided unless goods are faulty.

PC Service, Repair & Upgrades

  • We cannot take responsibility for the contents of your computer's hard disk, or any other storage device, unless prior arrangements for backup have been made.
  • We warrant replacement parts we supply against failure for 90 days following their installation. If problems related to the repaired part(s) recur during the warranty period, the part(s) will be repaired or replaced at our expense.
  • Title to the goods shall only pass to the client upon payment in full of all sums owing or due to Aztech PC Services, whether under contract or otherwise. Until such payment the client shall store the goods in such a way as to show that they are the property of Aztech PC Services.
  • Aztech PC Services shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury of any kind. Whether direct, consequential or otherwise, arising in connection with the execution of a contract or the use or failure of the goods supplied or any defect in them, or from any other cause whether or not due to the acts or omissions of Aztech PC Services, its staff, contractors, or its agents, in excess of the contract invoice value.
